  I dont normally leave feedback but i think this is an exception and i feel i need to let others know of my experiences with this real estate agent. Be very careful when dealing with Bettina as i caught her out many times being dishonest. She will say one thing to your face then do the complete opposite behind your back. Its very hard to receive any kind of feedback or response from her, or even the principal of Pat Barrett Realty for that matter. The unethical nature of this business seems to flow from the top. The service was poor, and in all my experiences in dealing with real estate agents this has left a very sour taste in my mouth. I could write a novel about the abhorrent way i was treated but instead i will just let everybody know to tread with extreme caution!!!
